According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the single best way to prevent the flu is to get an annual vaccination. Protect yourself, your family and your friends
Print the online screening and consent form, fill out and bring with you along with your insurance card to the clinic.
Sorry NO WALK -INS
- Most insurances’ are accepted. If your insurance includes a co-pay, please check with your insurance company and bring that amount to the clinic.
- No insurance: You will be billed $36 for the normal flu shot; $74 for the high dose. Please bring exact cash or check. No change will be made.
- High Dose also available for those 65 and older.
- Vaccination ages are from 7 years and older. Sorry, no flu mist available this year.
